First We Eat Catering & Confections was born out of a love of creating meals and feeding those friends and families that are closest to us. Not just those that we are already aware of but also those that we meet and get to know as we work with them and feed them through some of their most important moments. First We Eat Catering & Confections provides comprehensive catering services.  From the first bites of warm, butler-passed hors d’oeuvres to the last swipe of the fork over the dessert plate, First We Eat can provide all of the food and service you may need for your event.  

How involved do you want to be in the planning process?  We’re happy to consult with you virtually or in person to develop a menu with your input or we can take your specifics such as guest count, date, and budget and create a menu for your review.  We have created examples of course options that you can choose from however we also encourage you to look at these as a jumping off point to creating your own unique menu for your event.
